Labrums Solicitors are Planting Trees in the Forest of Marston Vale

About the Forest of Marston Vale

The Forest of Marston Vale is a local charity based in Bedford. Since the early 1990s, the charity has planted over 2 million trees in the 61 square miles of forest between Bedford and Milton Keynes. The charity’s work has completely transformed the forest where tree cover was originally a pitiful 3%. Not only has planting trees and preserving the existing woodlands made the area a better place to live, work and enjoy, but it has also had great environmental benefits and helped the wildlife to flourish. 

Now that the area is greener, the Forest of Marston Vale is working towards 30% tree cover, which involves planting another 5 million trees.
