On 1st June the Labrums girls (Teresa Crowley, Collette Crowley, Reshma Sunnassee, Josie Birnie, Lydia Housden and Charlotte James) are taking part in the Welwyn and Hatfield Pretty Muddy (a 5k muddy obstacle course) to raise funds for Cancer Research UK.

There are more than 360,000 new cancer cases in the UK every year, that’s nearly 990 every day. Cancer Research UK is the world’s largest cancer charity dedicated to saving lives through research. Their vision is to bring forward the day when all cancers are curable.

Money raised will help Cancer Research UK fund life-saving research into the causes, prevention and treatment of cancer. Without valuable funds from events such as Pretty Muddy and Race for Life, none of this would be possible.

If you’d like to sponsor the girls please visit our JustGiving page.
