I have worked in various roles before joining Labrums, with perhaps the most relevant being in the customer service sector. I now work within the Client Relationship Team as a legal assistant and due to my previous experience, I understand the importance of a good relationship with clients.
As someone who did not have any legal experience before joining the company I understand how legal services can often seem ‘daunting’ so I hope to provide our clients with a sense of security when helping them with their individual cases. I have enjoyed the efficient way in which we work at Labrums and look forward to hopefully progressing within the company and helping both the lawyers and clients to feel more at ease when dealing with what are sometimes complex matters.
Away from the office I like spending time with my family and our many dogs, as well as spending evenings out (or in!) with my friends.
