Bhavisha Parmar

I graduated at the University of Birmingham, having successfully completed my degree in ‘Law with German LLB’. 

In 2020, I qualified as a solicitor and chose to specialise in Private Client work ever since. 

My role involves assisting clients with estate administration and estate planning. I have gained invaluable experience dealing with an array of complex probate matters, including interlinked estates with international assets, life interest and discretionary trusts, and assisting clients with the resealing of foreign grants in the UK. I also advise clients on the preparation of their Wills and Lasting Power of Attorneys.

I enjoy getting to know my clients to truly understand their wishes and find the best outcome for them and their families. I also understand firsthand at how difficult it can be to lose a loved one, and it is always my endeavor to ensure that the probate procedure is as smooth sailing as possible for my clients.

My proficient Gujarati language speaking skills enables me to connect with the Indian community and assist them however I can. 

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, painting, and long walks in the countryside. I also value spending time with my loved ones and giving back to the community.
