I've spent the vast majority of my career in management running customer service and support teams. For most of that time I worked for a large International Bank and for a company specialising in Risk and Employee Benefits.
Most of my roles have involved Operational Efficiency and Change Management where I have been responsible for putting new client focused systems and procedures in place. It is that experience I brought Labrums.
The challenge has been to introduce, maintain and continually improve modern systems and procedures to manage and balance regulatory requirements with the Labrums client experience.
Law continues to go through massive change and it is exciting that Labrums is at the forefront of new and innovative ways of delivering legal services to clients. Labrums has a very strong vision, set of values and growth plans which I am delighted to be part of and to promote.
In my free time I have worked on a voluntary basis for The Cleft Lip and Palate Association. I have also worked with Macmillan Cancer Support and am about to complete the Race for Life for the 14th year in a row.
I like reading, walking, pilates and champagne.
