I've spent the vast majority of my career in management, running customer service and support teams in the banking sector. Most of my roles have involved operational efficiency and customer service where I have been responsible for putting new client focused systems and procedures in place. It remains a priority for me, and gives me a real sense of achievement when I see how we have changed and improved at Labrums over the last 8/9 years.
I believe it is important to deliver high levels of service regardless of what industry we are in. In legal services it is even more important as people can be “afraid” of approaching solicitors, so I want everyone in Labrums to be focused on treating clients the way they would like to be treated themselves, as well as giving great legal advice.
Law continues to go through a lot of change and it is exciting that Labrums is at the forefront of new and innovative ways of delivering legal services to clients. I love being part of that.
In my free time I assist with property management and I like reading, walking, pilates and champagne.
