As Client Services Team Manager, my role is to ensure that client expectations and needs are not just met, but wherever possible, exceeded.
I am a qualified solicitor and prior to joining Labrums I specialised in property law for over 10 years, acting for high net worth individuals, developers and banks. I have worked at firms in London and Manchester, and have been head of department and always taken a managerial or leadership role. This has included training members of staff, implementing procedures and policies, but maintaining a focus on client relationships and best practice throughout the firm.
I particularly enjoy being involved in firm development and ensuring that services surpass client expectation. Labrums have identified that technology now plays a key role in legal services and can be used to enhance how we interact with our clients and fellow professionals. Each client has individual needs and it is the role of the firm as a whole to meet those needs, from the first enquiry at reception, to the solicitor or consultant dealing with their case, to the assistants and support staff and the accounts team.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, reading and whenever possible eating out to avoid cooking.
