I have worked at Labrums for many years following living and working in New Zealand at a global accountancy firm and another law firm.
I have been involved in many of the change projects at the firm including when it became paperless in 2011. My role is now Operations Manager, so I manage the Client Relationship Team to ensure our clients and solicitors get the support they need to enable everyone in the firm to deliver high-quality service.
I focus on the service our clients receive by streamlining our systems, equipment and processes to constantly improve the firms efficiency, quality of work and service levels.
I love to travel and have done so extensively. One of my favourite and most challenging experiences would have to be completing the Inca trail to Machu Picchu, against high altitudes and rain! In my spare time I also enjoy socialising with friends and playing netball and have played at my local club since I was 9 years old .
