At Labrums, we are dedicated to providing the best service to each and every client and this is the key role of our Client Services Team (CST). CST look after clients as cases are opened and the regulatory documentation is completed. They also support our legal team, enabling them to provide high quality legal advice combined with excellent customer service.
Our clients will know members of CST well as they are the first people
they speak to on the phone whenever they contact us. CST deal with your initial enquiry, ensuring you are put in touch with the correct member of our legal team and then go on to act as a point of contact between you and the solicitors throughout the duration of your case. They are always on the other end of the telephone ready to help with any queries you may have.
The Client Services Team is made up of Michelle, Hannah, and Mia, who all joined Labrums from customer service backgrounds. They are also supported by Katie, our Accounts Manager, and Charlotte who is Michael Labrum’s Assistant, both of whom have many years customer service experience.
As well as providing excellent customer service for our clients, the Labrums Ladies also contribute to the local community as much as they can. For the second year running, the team are donning their running (or walking!) shoes to take part in the St Albans Race for Life, raising money for Cancer Research UK.
