The Spanish department is run from our office but supported in Spain by an experienced Spanish Lawyer. The Spanish Lawyer is a member of the Bar Association of Madrid and previously worked in our UK office for three years, so is closely aligned with the service we want to provide.
He works in conjunction with an established network of Spanish Lawyers so can offer legal assistance across all areas of Spain and provides expert advice and assistance on many aspects of the Spanish legal system.
Being experienced in both jurisdictions gives you the distinct advantage of the reassurance and security of using a UK firm of Solicitors, with the necessary legal expertise and representation on the ground in Spain.
